Non – eligibility
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You registered or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, registers on the website..
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
- Refunds will not be issued for any charges incurred due to misuse of the subscription service or violation of our terms of service.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods already utilized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
