The company specializes in offering Labour Relations Consultant Services. Additionally, it offers Sports and Events Management Services. The services of Regional Management Services Inc. are engaged by both public and private sectors organizations.

RMS Inc. Labour Relations Consultancy offers advice and support on labour relations issues to management and human resource management personnel. The company specializes in the delivery / facilitation of workplace Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management training and development programmes. Training is delivered by a team of professional consultants.

Training workshop are completed on a half day, one day, two days or more as required by content to be covered.

Training programmes are developed and packaged to meet the specific needs of the client.
